Eilish Devine, who spent three years as gameday operations and athletic marketing manager at Franklin Pierce University, was named assistant athletic director for marketing and promotions at Fordham University in August of 2022.
 
At Fordham, Devine is responsible for developing and coordinating all marketing and promotional activities for the University's 22 varsity teams, and designing ticket marketing plans to promote fan attendance. She will also coordinate and implement all game-day promotional activities and contests and use social media to further the marketing and branding efforts of individual sports and Fordham Athletics.
 
Devine arrived at Rose Hill after serving as the gameday operations and athletic marketing manager at Franklin Pierce University from 2019-2022 where she also served as the Department of Athletics' lead graphic designer. She managed all official Franklin Pierce athletic social media platforms, creating and executing detailed media strategies. Devine also designed multimedia promotional and marketing materials for the department and the 24 individual teams and grew the fan base on campus and online through marketing, social media, and promotions.
 
Previously, Devine spent two years as a graduate assistant within the Franklin Pierce athletic department. She worked as an assistant coach with the women's swimming team in 2017-18 and then moved over to assist with the rowing program in 2018-19, while beginning to assist with marketing and promotion initiatives within the department.
 
A 2016 graduate of The College of New Jersey where she earned a degree in International Studies Diplomacy with a concentration in Marketing, Devine also earned a master’s degree in Business Administration from Franklin Pierce in 2019. She was a four-year letter winner with The College of New Jersey swimming squad.
