Alejandro Rico was named Fordham men’s soccer Director of Analytics and Player Performance in August of 2026.
 
Rico arrives at Fordham after serving as Technical Director for the Asphalt Green Soccer Club since 2022. With the club he is responsible overseeing all aspects of the Development Programs, managing a staff of 30 coaches and ensuring alignment with the club’s philosophy and player development model. He is also in charge of coaching education and mentorship program, providing ongoing training, feedback, and
development opportunities to enhance coaching standards.
