Head coach Ian Choi announced the hire of Tina Predojevic as assistant coach prior to the 2021 campaign, a season in which Fordham reached its first-ever Atlantic 10 Championship match.
The Rams went 10-20 overall and 5-11 in her first season on the staff, securing the tournament's sixth seed. Fordham defeated Saint Louis and VCU en route to a meeting with eventual champion, Dayton, in the championship. It was the first time the Rams had won a tournament match in the Atlantic 10 era. Sophomore Whitley Moody was named to the All-Conference Second Team, while a pair of juniors, Megan Brzozowski and Mallory Lipski, were named to the All-Championship team. Â
Prior to her hire, Predojevic worked as a graduate assistant at Midwestern State University where she served in numerous roles for two years while earning her Master's degree. While in Texas, she also worked a 16U head coach of Windthorst Volleyball Club.
Predojevic played at East Stroudsburg where she was a three-time captain and helped lead the Warriors to their first conference playoffs in 10 years. She graduated with the fourth-most aces and sixth-most assists in program history.
