Ashley Adamo, who has served as Scholastic Coach / Program Assistant for Row New York at the Riverdale Country School, was named Assistant Rowing Coach at Fordham in December of 2025.

Since February of 2025, Adamo has served as the as Scholastic Coach / Program Assistant for Row New York at the Riverdale Country School. She advised more than 40 high school student-athletes on time management, academic goals, and athletic performance as well as coordinating all travel, budgeting, parent communication, and performance tracking. She also supervised four assistant coaches and led training grounded in personal growth and leadership development.

From August of 2022 until May of 2024, Adamo served as a Graduate Assistant for the rowing program at The Catholic University of America. She advised 65+ student-athletes on academic progress, degree completion, and NCAA compliance and coordinated recruiting events, monitored student success, and curated social media outreach.

Adamo is a graduate of Rutgers University where she received a degree in Health Administration. While at Rutgers, she was a member of Women’s Varsity Rowing, earning Big Ten Distinguished Scholar and Big Ten Academic All-Conference honors. She also earned a master’s degree in Psychological Studies from The Catholic University of America.
