Allie Keller is entering her second full season as Fordham women's basketball's Director of Basketball Operations after serving the previous two years as the team's Director of Administration. 

Keller arrived after spending one season as a graduate manager with the Syracuse women’s team, seeing the Orange rise to as high as #12 in the country. Her responsibilities as Director of Administration include assisting the head coach, coordinating marketing meetings, and overseeing the monthly newsletter and the student-athletes' volunteer hours.
    
Keller spent two years overall upstate, working as a teaching assistant, while earning her Master’s degree in Exercise Science. She was a four-year student-athlete at Skidmore College where she was a team captain her final two years, leading the Thoroughbreds to their first-ever league championship and first NCAA Tournament appearance during her senior season in 2015. 

Between stops, Keller worked at NYU's Langone Medical Center on a cardiology clinical trial for two years. While at Syracuse, she was involved with the American College of Sports Medicine, presenting at both the regional and national levels, including winning the Mid-Atlantic Regional Chapter Master's Research Award in 2018. Keller's Master's thesis was titled Vascular health and mental health in collegiate female varsity athletes, club sport athletes, and recreationally active women.
