Before Fordham: Four-year member of the varsity basketball team at Mercy High School... Earned All-Metro honors from the Detroit Free Press and The Detroit News in 2005 and 2006... Third Team All-State selection in 2006, averaging 12.0 points, six rebounds, and five assists per game... All-Star selection by the Basketball Coaches Association of Michigan... Listed among the Top 50 Michigan Point Guards... Received All-League and All-Catholic distinction from 2004-06... Also earned multiple accolades in track, running the 200, 400, and 800 meter events... Three-time All-City, All-County, All-League, and All-Catholic League selection in track, as well as earning All-Region distinction twice... Served as Student Government Class President and Vice-President at Mercy High School, while being active in community service, working with the Mercy Works Community Outreach program, as well as serving on a Mission Trip to Icthys Academy in Guiamaca, Honduras.

Personal: Majoring in Business Administration with a concentration in Management, while having a minor in Political Science... Played AAU Basketball for the Michigan Monarchs and the Motor City Suns.
