Greg Callan was named a player development coach at Fordham in May of 2026.
 
Callan joins the Fordham staff after serving as an assistant coach with current Fordham head coach Neil Harrow at Long Island University in 2025-2026. He helped the Sharks to a 21-11 overall record, 14-4 in the NEC. LIU advanced to the NEC Championship game, LIU’s first appearance in the title game since the 2009-2010 season. 
 
Prior to his year at LIU, Callan served as the women’s basketball director of scouting and video operations at Georgia Tech from 2022-2025. He was appointed to the role of assistant coach/director of scouting and video operations in the summer of 2024 and served in those roles until April 2025.
 
With over eight years of experience in video production, Callan spent last year as the girls’ varsity head basketball coach at United Nations International School. Prior to his head coaching role, he was the digital media specialist at Democracy Prep Public Schools, producing, shooting and editing all promotional videos and photography for the charter school network.
 
During the summers since 2002, Callan served as a video coordinator and support staff member for USA Basketball. With the national organization, Callan assisted with daily operational needs and game film. Callan began his career in video production as the video coordinator at the University of Colorado from 2007-11.
 
Callan earned a bachelor of arts in political science from the University of Colorado.
