Jennings is entering her third year at Fordham and her second season as an assistant coach. Previously, she had served as the team's Video Analyst for the 2020-21 campaign.

Prior to her stint at Fordham, Jennings has over 15 years of coaching experience at various levels. She worked at Monmouth University from 2008-2010 as the Hawks' Director of Operations. As a coach most recently, she served many capacities as an AAU head coach and a program director specializing in individual player development. She began her coaching career with Hollidaysburg High School's varsity team as an assistant coach.

Jennings played at Saint Joseph’s from 1991-1995. During her career, Jennings helped the Hawks to two straight NCAA Tournament At-Large bids in 1994 and 1995. SJU was ranked #1 in the nation in scoring defense for the 1993-1994 season. Jennings was a team captain for her senior season, winning the team's Unsung Hero award. She also won the team's Loyalty and Leadership award her junior year. She graduated from Saint Joseph’s in 1995 with a major in Criminal Justice.

Jennings currently lives in Harrison, N.Y. She enjoys spending her time with her four daughters, son, and granddaughter.
