2013: Recorded nine hits in 55 at bats as a sophomore... drove in four runs on the season... Registered two RBIs against LIU (2/8) and Central Michigan (3/8)... Made 14 appearances in the circle, including two starts... Tied for the team lead with two saves... Pitched two perfect innings to grab the save against Maine (3/10)... Registered a three-inning save against Iona (4/23)... Picked up wins in back to back games against St. Bonaventure, striking out three batters in each contest (4/26-4/27).

2012: Recorded her first collegiate strikeout against UC-Davis (2/23)...Struck out two batters against Long Beach State (2/23)...Earned her first collegiate win in a complete game shutout of Central Michigan (3/10)...Tossed a complete-game shutout at James Madison (3/16)...Struck out five batters in a start at La Salle (3/23)...Threw 5.2 innings to pick up her third win of the year in the second game of a doubleheader at Binghamton (4/3)...Pitched 2.2 scoreless innings of relief to record the victory over #3/4 Alabama (5/7).

Before Fordham: Played varsity softball at Ursuline High School in New Rochelle, N.Y...Named All-State three times...Chosen as an NFCA East Region All-America three times...A four time All-League, All-Section and All-County pitcher...a two-time finalist for the Gatorade Player of the Year in New York State...Voted as the Rookie of the Year as a freshman and named a captain as a senior...Currently, the school[apos]s record holder in wins, strikeouts, shutouts, no-hitters, perfect games, home runs, RBI and ERA...Pirone captained the Jersey Inferno Gold club team, coached by Don Meister and the team placed 17th at the 2010 ESPN Rise nationals...An Honor Roll student who won the Italian Achievement Award, the Ursuline Servium Award as well as both the Thomas "Skip" Walsh Award and the Thomas A.
