Named 2019 Met Basketball Writers Rookie of the Year... Named to the Atlantic 10 All-Rookie Team... Leading freshman scorer in the Atlantic 10 and among the top scoring freshmen in the nation.
As a Freshman (2018-2019)
• Started all 32 games at guard for the Rams in 2018-2019.
• Averaged a team-high 15.3 ppg and 2.4 rpg.
• Also had a team-high 95 assists and 28 steals, second best on team.
• Leading A-10 freshman scorer and 15th among all NCAA Div. I freshmen.
• Ranked among the Atlantic 10 leaders in three-pointers made/game (2.2 – sixth), assist/turnover ratio (1.8 – eighth), and free throw percentage (.816 – ninth).
• Netted double figures in 28 of the 32 games.
• Four-time Atlantic 10 Rookie of the Week.
• Scored a season-high 30 points, shooting 10-for-17 from the field and 5-for-7 from behind the arc, and added six assists in Rutgers win.
• Finished with 28 points, shooting 9-for-16 from the field, and added our rebounds in the FIU win.
• Netted 23 points, hitting six three-pointers, and added two assists at St. Bonaventure.
• Also had 23 points, hitting five threes, in the loss at Richmond.
• Recorded 21 points, shooting 4-for-6 from behind the arc, and added five rebounds and two assists at George Mason.
• Had 19 points, including the game-winning three, and added five assists in win at URI.
• Registered 18 points and four assists in season-opening win over CCNY.
• Finished with 18 points and six assists in win at UMass.
• Also had 18 points and added five assists and four rebounds vs. Duquesne.
• Scored 17 points to go with five rebounds in five assists in win over Youngstown State.
• Also netted 17 points and had five rebounds and four assists in Alabama A&M win.
• Hit game-winner with 2.6 seconds left at Manhattan as part of his 13 points.
Before Fordham
• A graduate of Lake Highland Prep in Orlando, Florida, where he lettered in basketball for head coach Ben Fratrik.
• Named the 5A Player of the Year in 2018.
• Also named First Team All-Area.
• Averaged 19.6 ppg and made 85-percent of his free throws as a senior.
• Scored over 2,000 points in his high school career.
• He helped the Highlanders to a 15-win season in 2016-2017, averaging 21.3 ppg and 3.0 apg while shooting 36% from behind the arc, making 85 three-pointers.
• Earned third-team All-Central Florida honors by the Orlando Times-Sentinel as a junior.
• Played with the Each 1 Teach 1 United team in the summer of 2016, averaging 12 points and 4.6 assists per game, helping the squad to a spot in the Peach Jam EYBL Championships where it went a perfect 5-0.
• Also played for the Each 1 Teach 1 team following his sophomore season at Lake Highland, averaging 11 points, 3.1 rebounds, 2.6 assists, and 1.2 steals per game on 35.6% from three, playing up a year in the 17u division.
