Biography

2021: Team captain… Started all 40 contests she was available for as a graduate student… NFCA Third Team All-Region selection… Atlantic 10 All-Academic and All-Championship… One-time A-10 Player of the Week… Was again a two-way force for the Rams, making 18 starts in the circle and tallying a 14-3 record and 2.49 ERA, striking out 104 over 104 innings… At the plate, slashed .313/.400/.492 with 13 extra-base hits, 31 runs scored, and more walks (18) than strikeouts (10), while finishing a perfect 14-of-14 in stolen-base attempts… Did not commit a single error in the field… Finishes her Fordham career third in nearly every single pitching category in program history and is fifth in saves (5) and eighth in career ERA (2.59)… Also finishes her career eighth all-time with 44 stolen bases… Made season debut against Army, going 2-for-3 with a walk, RBI, stolen base, and run, while throwing four innings and not factoring into the decision (3/5)… Walked twice, stole two bases, and scored twice at Seton Hall (3/6)… Allowed one unearned run over six innings in a win against UMass-Lowell, while doubling and tripling in three at-bats (3/7)… Picked up second win with four scoreless frames against St. John’s while adding a home run, two runs, and a stolen bases (3/9)… Stole two more bases against Sacred Heart (3/13)… Worked around seven hits and four walks to keep Seton Hall scoreless over seven full innings, striking out five, while doubling twice, driving in two, and scoring twice (3/17)… In two starts on back-to-back days against Maine, struck out nine and 10, respectively, and allowing a combined seven hits and four runs, picking up wins in both (3/20-21)… Earned win in series opener at UMass with two runs, one earned, over seven frames with seven punchouts while going 1-for-3 with two walks and a run, then going 2-for-4 with a season-high three RBI coming on a triple and a home run in game two (3/26)… Drew a career-best three walks in game three of the series then completed the sweep by holding the Minutewomen to one run over four frames with three strikeouts and going 2-for-4 with a walk in the finale (3/27)… Struck out nine over six frames, allowing two runs, while going 1-for-4 with a stolen base against La Salle (4/1)… Picked up another win with two runs allowed over 4.2 innings while walking and stealing a base at Stony Brook (4/8)… Allowed just four singles in a win over St. Bonaventure while knocking in two with a double (4/10)… Suffered a tough-luck loss with four runs allowed, only one earned, over seven innings, striking out eight, to break streak of 11 straight starts and wins against Army (4/17)… Returned to the win column by holding Binghamton to just one single over five frames with nine strikeouts, doubling twice, as well, at the plate (4/28)… Earned her lone weekly award of the season by going 7-for-11 with seven RBIs, six runs, two stolen bases, and a double in a four-game sweep of UMass, also making one start and picking up the win (4/30-5/2)… Picked up the win in Championship-opening game at Saint Joseph’s, allowing three runs, one earned, with five strikeouts over seven complete innings, while going 2-for-5 with a double and a run (5/13)… Doubled in four at-bats against Dayton the following day, then drew a walk in the final game of the season against George Washington (5/14)… Named to A-10 Commissioner’s Honor Roll.

2020: Started all 20 contests as a senior before the season was cut short due to the coronavirus pandemic… Team captain… Named Atlantic 10 Player of the Week once and Pitcher of the Week once… Led the team at the plate and in the circle, slashing a team-best .349/.431/.540 with two home runs, 15 RBI, 11 runs, and 22 hits, including six doubles, with nine walks and seven stolen bases, while compiling a 3.71 ERA and 2-7 record over 11 appearances, nine starts, going the distance six times and notching two saves over 54.2 innings, striking out 49 opposing hitters… Did not commit an error… Struck out five batters over seven innings in her season debut but took the loss against Valparaiso (2/7)… Went 1-for-3 with a walk, stolen base, and two runs scored against Valparaiso the next day (2/8)… Tossed a scoreless frame with one strikeout to record a save against Northwestern State, while going 3-for-4 with a double, two steals, and two runs scored (2/9)… Doubled, walked, stole a base, and scored against Fresno State (2/14)… Limited St. Mary’s to two runs, one earned, over six frames with four strikeouts but suffered the loss despite also going 2-for-4 with a stolen base (2/16)… Matched her career-high by pitching nine innings against UMass Lowell, allowing one unearned run and striking out a season-high nine batters, scoring the game-winning run (2/22)… Tallied her second save with two scoreless frames against Michigan State, while leading the Rams at the dish with her first  home run of the year, a double, two RBI, and a run scored (2/23)… Went 2-for-4 with a RBI single and a stolen base against Kent State (3/6)… Drove in five runs with a three-run home run and two RBI singles, finishing 3-for-5 with a run scored against Howard (3/7)… Combined to go 3-for-6 with five runs batted in, four in game one, with a double and two walks during a doubleheader against Lafayette, while notching the win in game one with eight strikeouts over five frames (3/8)... Named to A-10 Commissioner's Honor Roll. 

2019: Team captain… Started in all 53 of her appearances as a junior… Atlantic 10 Pitcher of the Year… Atlantic 10 Championship Most Outstanding Player for a second straight season… First Team All-Conference… NFCA Third Team All-Region… Named A-10 Player and Pitcher of the Week once apiece… In a single season in school history, her 33 starts rank tied for fourth, her 25 complete games rank third, and her 212.0 innings rank fifth… Led the team in both hitting and pitching… Finishes her junior year in the middle of nearly every program pitching record: 105 appearances (6th), 80 starts (5th), 52 complete games (3rd), 51 wins (T-3rd), 509.0 innings (4th), 329 strikeouts (3rd), 12 shutouts (5th), and 2.49 career ERA (7th)… Recorded a 17-14 record and 2.44 ERA over 38 appearances and 33 starts with 25 complete games, two saves, and one shutout… Hit a team-high .354, tied for the lead with 63 hits, was second with 40 RBI and 10 doubles, and sixth with 24 runs scored… Went 11-2 with a 1.77 ERA over 15 conference appearances and 12 starts… Committed just one error with 59 assists, good for a .986 fielding percentage, second-highest on the team… Made her season debut at #15 Louisiana, limiting the Ragin Cajuns to four runs, three earned, over six frames with five strikeouts, while singling once in three at-bats (2/7)… Picked up her first win of the year with a complete game gem against Incarnate Word, allowing just an unearned run on three hits with seven strikeouts, while going 3-for-4 with two RBIs, two runs scored, and a double (2/8)… Went 3-for-4 with two more runs scored in the second game of the day against Texas A&M Corpus Christi (2/8)… Tied her career-high with four runs driven in while going 2-for-3 with a double against Incarnate Word the following day (2/9)… Came on for the final out against Morgan State to pick up her first save of the year (2/22)… Suffered a tough-luck loss at Georgia Tech, allowing just one run on six hits with no walks and five strikeouts over six innings (3/1)… Struck out eight over seven frames the next day at Georgia State to pick up her third win (3/2)… Didn’t suffer a loss between March 17 and April 28… Combined to go 5-for-8 during a doubleheader at George Mason, picking up the win in game one with just one run allowed on eight hits with no walks and five more punchouts over seven innings (3/30)… Limited Dayton to one run on six hits with three strikeouts over seven innings in the series opener (4/6)… Shut out the Flyers in the series finale with just three singles allowed over seven frames, striking out a pair (4/7)… Pitched a season-high eight frames of a win against Saint Louis, allowing three unearned runs with eight strikeouts (4/13)… Began a nine-game hitting streak and 16 overall games to end the regular season with 11 multi-hit performances, starting with a 1-for-2 effort with a walk and run scored against the Billikens in game two (4/13)… Started against Hofstra and allowed two baserunners over two frames with four punchouts, while going 2-for-4 at t he dish with a RBI and two runs scored (4/17)… Opened the Saint Joseph’s series with a complete game, allowing one run on five hits with no walks and five strikeouts, before going 2-for-3 with a pair of doubles, a RBI, and a run scored in game two (4/19)… Matched her career-high with four RBI in the series finale, smacking a home run, while picking up the win by allowing two unearned runs over five innings (4/20)… Picked up a three-inning save against Providence with one run allowed on two hits and two strikeouts, tallying a RBI single at the plate (4/24)… Allowed three runs in the series opener at Massachusetts but picked up the win while striking out seven, smacking two more doubles at the plate with a RBI (4/27)… Smacked a three-run home run and later drove in a fourth on a sacrifice fly to match her career-high against St. John’s (5/1)… Struck out a season-high 10 in a complete game win against Rhode Island, allowing an unearned run on seven hits with no walks, while reaching all three times at the plate with two singles and a walk (5/4)… Started all six postseason contests for the Rams… Earned Most Outstanding Player at the A-10 Championship by leading the tournament with a .692 batting average and nine hits plus a 3-1 record and 2.07 ERA while going the distance in all four contests… After an opening loss to Saint Joseph’s in which she allowed three runs over seven innings, staved off elimination with two runs allowed in each of the next three games… Went 3-for-4 with a two-run home run and four total RBIs in the first elimination game against UMass, striking out six over seven frames (5/10)… Went 2-for-3 with a walk, RBI, and run against Saint Joseph’s, holding the Hawks to two runs on eight hits and no walks with one strikeout (5/11)… Singled twice and doubled in three at-bats while limiting George Washington to two runs over seven frames in the championship final game one (5/11)… Limited #2 Washington to two runs, one earned, one eight hits and two walks, with two strikeouts, over six innings in the NCAA Regional-opening loss (5/17)… In the elimination game, shut out Seattle over seven innings before allowing a walk-off run on a sacrifice fly, allowing eight hits and no walks, with two more punchouts (5/18)… Named to the Atlantic 10 Commissioner’s Honor Roll.

2018: Made 54 total appearances, including 35 in the circle, and 52 starts, 26 in the circle, as a sophomore… Named Second Team All-Conference… Earned NFCA Third Team All-Region distinction… Named the A-10 Championship’s Most Outstanding Player… Two-time A-10 Pitcher of the Week… Led the rotation with 157.0 innings pitched and a 16-8 record across 35 appearances, 26 starts, going the distance 15 times and recording eight shutouts and a save… Led the Atlantic 10 in conference play with a 0.98 ERA over 12 appearances and 64.0 innings, racking up a 9-1 record with eight complete games and five shutouts… Made season debut at #5 UCLA, in relief, allowing a run over one inning with one strikeout (2/15)… Singled twice and stole two bases against #24 California and then smacked her first career home run, a solo effort, against UC Santa Barbara in game two (2/17)… Walked twice, drove in a run, and scored twice against Bryant (2/23)… Singled twice and drove in two against Florida International (3/4)… Came on in relief at #13 Alabama and kept the Tide off the board, allowing no hits and three walks with two strikeouts before coming on in relief against Samford later in the day and tossing a perfect frame (3/9)… Against Samford on back-to-back days tallied a double, a stolen base, and a run scored (3/9-10)… Picked up first win of the season against UMass-Lowell at home, allowing two runs, one earned, on seven hits and no walks with five strikeouts over seven complete innings, also doubling in a run and stealing a base (3/16)… Allowed two runs over seven frames with six strikeouts for win number two against Seton Hall, starting a run of wins in six consecutive appearances, and went 3-for-4 at the plate with a RBI and a run scored (3/17)… Tossed a two-hit, five-inning shutout over Detroit Mercy with a season-high seven strikeouts (3/18)… Came on in relief to pick up the win in the series opener at Dayton, firing three innings of one-run ball, before tossing a complete game shutout of the Flyers with just three hits allowed to go with six punchouts (3/23)… Came on in relief in the series finale to limit the Flyers to just one run over 4.2 frames to pick up the victory while doubling in two runs and stealing a base (3/25)… Shutout the Hawks on the road at Saint Joseph’s with just five hits allowed while matching her season-high of seven strikeouts (3/30)… Launched second home run of career, a solo shot, also singling in a run against Lehigh (4/4)… Blanked Binghamton over seven frames with just three singles allowed and six strikeouts (4/5)… Allowed two unearned runs over seven complete innings to pick up the win against George Mason (4/7)… Smacked a two-run home run and singled in a pair of runs the next day against the Patriots (4/8)… Shut out Rhode Island on the road over five one-hit, one-walk innings with six strikeouts, while going 3-for-4 at the dish with three singles (4/14)… Tossed a second straight shutout four days later against St. Bonaventure, limiting the Bonnies to five hits across six innings with no walks and six strikeouts (4/18)… Limited Saint Louis to one run on three hits and no walks with four strikeouts over seven innings (4/21)… Kept La Salle off the board in another shutout in her final start of the regular season, limiting the Explorers to three singles and a walk over five innings with three punchouts (5/5)… Started all three games in the Atlantic 10 Championship and logged at least one hit and one run in each game en route to the tournament’s MOP award, first shutting out George Washington over five innings and going 2-for-2 at the plate with a pair of singles, stolen bases, and runs scored (5/10)… Limited top-seeded Massachusetts to one run on six hits across seven complete frames in the semifinals, recording two more singles and another run (5/11)… Allowed four late runs to the Minutewomen, three earned, across five innings before the bullpen kept the Rams’ lead intact to clinch the title (5/12)… Started at #11 LSU in the opening game of the NCAA Regional, allowing seven runs, five earned, over three innings (5/18)... Named to A-10 Commissioner's Honor Roll. 

2017: Played in 39 contests, making 35 starts in the circle or in right field, with 32 pitching appearances and 21 starts, as a freshman… Was a vital member of the pitching rotation all year long, tallying an 18-5 overall record, the third-most by a Fordham freshman, an even 2.00 ERA, and 12 complete games and three shutouts across 140.0 innings… At the plate, finished with a .286/.324/.333 slash line, with 21 runs scored and 10 stolen bases, fourth-most on the team… Named to the Atlantic 10 All-Rookie team and NFCA All-Region Third Team… Named A-10 Pitcher of the Week once and Rookie of the Week twice… Was thrown into the fire in first collegiate start, picking up the loss at #10 Arizona in the second game of the season (2/9)… Earned first career win against CSUN, going the distance and allowing three runs on seven hits with no walks and five strikeouts (2/11)… Threw a career-high 140 pitches in a walk-off loss to Saint Francis, pitching 8.1 innings and finishing with five runs allowed on five hits and five walks, while striking out a career-high 11 (2/17)… Came in as a pinch runner, scoring, and later tallying her first career hit, a single, and coming around to score again, while later tossing a scoreless inning in relief of a win over Elon (2/25)… Twirled a one-hit shutout with no walks and four strikeouts against Oakland (2/25)… Picked up win number three in relief, allowing just four hits and one walk across four scoreless innings against Lehigh (3/3)… Again won in relief, this time with three innings of one-run ball, allowing just two hits, against Rutgers (3/4)… Tallied first extra-base hit with a double and a run scored against Rutgers, allowing three runs over three innings over a start (3/10)… Earned fifth win with a complete game against Fairfield, allowing one run on five hits with one walk and five strikeouts (3/14)… The game began a stretch of allowing just one earned run or less over 10 straight contests… Toss a five-hit shutout with no walks and five strikeouts against Rhode Island and also tallied first multi-hit game by going 2-for-3 with a stolen base and two runs scored (3/25)… Was perfect in two innings of a start against Stony Brook, also singling, stealing a base, and scoring (3/29)… Picked up seventh win with three clean frames of relief against Seton Hall (3/29)… Stymied Saint Joseph’s with no runs on two hits and a walk, striking out six, in game one, before earning her second win of the day with four one-run innings of relief (4/2)… Allowed two runs, one earned, on six hits and two walks, while striking out six, for her 10th win of the year at George Mason (4/8)… Picked up another win with one perfect frame out of the bullpen against Iona (4/11)… Won her sixth straight game in six appearances with just one unearned run on two hits and no walks at Lehigh (4/12)… Allowed 13 hits and four runs over seven innings but still earned win number 13 at Massachusetts (4/15)… Allowed two unearned runs across six innings in an early finish at St. Bonaventure while going 2-for-4 with a RBI, stolen base, and run in game two, but started in right field during the team’s record-setting win in game one, going 2-for-3 with two walks, a RBI, and three runs scored (4/19)… Finished her season at the plate with hits in nine of her last 13 starts, starting with a 2-for-2 performance with a walk against Dayton (4/29)… Allowed just one single at La Salle, striking out seven, during a five-inning shutout (5/6)… Helped the Rams reach the finals by going 1-for-3 with a triple and two runs scored against Massachusetts in the semifinals (5/13)… Started the do-or-die second championship contest with Massachusetts and delivered in spectacular fashion, allowing just a first-inning unearned run but limiting further damage throughout her full nine frames despite a total of 13 hits allowed, scoring the tying run on Sydney Canessa’s fifth-inning triple and delivering the walk-off hit, a RBI double to right field in the bottom of the ninth to seal this year’s A-10 Championship (5/14)… Tossed a perfect frame of relief against #16 Utah in the opening contest of the NCAA Regional (5/18)… Picked up the win against Mississippi State, allowing 13 hits but limiting the Bulldogs to just three runs, two earned, over seven full innings (5/19)… Named to the Atlantic 10 Commissioner’s Honor Roll.

Before Fordham: Four-year varsity member of St. Mary's Ryken in Leonardtown, Md., helping the Knights to two Washington Catholic Athletic Conference (WCAC) championships in the past three years and earning First Team All-WCAC honors all four years... As a senior, was named the 2016 Maryland Gatorade Player of the Year, a PGF Northeast Region All-American, Washington Post All-Metropolitan Player of the Year, WCAC Player of the Year, St. Mary's County Player of the Year, and Max Preps Second Team All-American, reaching the WCAC final for the third year in a row and leading the Knights with a sparkling 0.45 ERA in 141.1 innings, allowing just 61 hits and 36 walks, while striking out 241 on her way to a 18-1 overall record... The first student-athlete, in any sport, in St. Mary's Ryken history to be named Maryland's Player of the Year... Team Captain her final two years with the Knights and Team MVP all four years... Earned Washington Post All-Metropolitan, All-WCAC, and All-County honors her final three years with the Knights... Played at the club level with the NJ Cheetahs U18 Premier team, helping her squad to first place at the Triple Crown Sports Northeast Nationals, the bronze at the TCS Fireworks Tournament in Aurora, Colo., fifth place at the PGF Platinum Nationals, and a 127 national ranking by US Club Rankings... Also played volleyball and earned one varsity letter, garnering honorable mention All-WCAC and All-County as a sophomore... Academically, she was a Presidents Award recipient all four years, recognized for all 16 academic quarters, and was also selected as the 2014 recipient of the St. Mary's Ryken Service Award.
