Biography

Enjoyed one of the most successful freshman seasons in Fordham history...Named to the Atlantic 10 Men's Basketball All-Rookie Team as well as Third Team All-Metropolitan Conference...Became the fifth Ram to earn A-10 All-Rookie Team honors, the first since 2005...Led team and all Atlantic 10 freshmen in scoring and assists...Scored the third highest point total for a freshman in Fordham history...Ranked ninth in the Atlantic 10 in scoring, fourth in assists and 12th in assist/turnover ratio.

Before Fordham: A graduate of St. Anthony's High School in Jersey City, N.J., where he lettered for three years under legendary head coach Bob Hurley...Played alongside Fordham teammate Alberto Estwick at St. Anthony's...Led Friars to a perfect 32-0 record in 2007-08 and the number one national ranking in both the USA Today Super 25 and the ESPN High Elite 25 polls...Ranked as the seventh best player in the state of New Jersey and the 144th best prospect in the nation by Rivals.com...Ranked among the top 25 points guard in the country as a senior...Participated in the Jordan Classic Regional Tournament...Averaged 10.5 ppg, 2.3 rpg and 6.5 apg as the staring point guard as a senior...One of six 2007-08 St. Anthony seniors to sign National Letters of Intent to play Division I basketball...An Eddie Griffin All-Star MVP...RBK University Camp participant where he was rated as one of the top ten points guards...Averaged 9.0 ppg and 6.0 assists/game as a junior, helping the team to a 28-1 record and the title game of the North Non-Public B league...A four-year honor roll student...Played AAU basketball with The Playaz Club...Scored a game-high 41 points in the IS8 championship game to earn MVP honors...Led Playaz to the 2007 Spring Fling title, earning MVP honors in the process.
