2013-14: Indoor: Was fourth in the mile run at the Fordham season opener in 4:25.7 (12/6)… Was part of the 4x800 realy team that took second place at the Yale Invitational in 7:49.69 (1/11)… Was fourth in the mile in 4:27.62 at the Yale Invitational (1/11)… Became a IC4A qualifier as he clocked in at 2:28.31 in the 1,000 meters at the Terrier Invite (1/25)… Finished second in the 1,000 meter run at the Metropolitan Championship in 2:29.40 (1/31)… Named to the Atlantic 10 Commissioner's Honor Roll.

2012-13: Cross Country: Competed in four meets… Was 18^th overall at the Leeber Invitational in 27:03.15 (9/22)… Took eighth at the Tribe Open in 26:17.09 (10/13)… Placed 53^rd at the Atlantic 10 Championship in 26:56.5 (10/27)… Saved his best finish for last, taking third at the IC4A Championship in 26:13.3 (11/17). 2011-12: Cross Country: Competed in five meets with two top ten finishes... Was fifth at the C.W. Post Invitational in 26:38.22 (9/17)... Placed seventh at the Leeber Invitational in 27:08 (9/24)... Was 46th at the IC4A Championship in 27:17 (11/19)... Finished 54th at the Atlantic 10 Championship in 26:02.7 (10/29). Indoor: First Team All-Atlantic 10 performer in the 4x800 relay (7:38.31 - Atlantic 10 record) at the Atlantic 10 Championship, while grabbing fourth in the 1,000 meter run in 2:28.72 (2/18)... Second Team All-East selection as a member of the 4x800 relay team at the IC4A Championship that placed second overall in 7:25.29 (3/4)... Was second in the 3,000 meter run (9:00.2) at the Christmas Classic (12/9)... Placed third in the mile run at the Rutgers Invitational in 4:24.62 (1/7)... 2010-11: Cross Country: Competed in five events... Was third at the St. John's Fall Festival 6K Run in 19:36.83 (10/17)... Was 34th at the Metropolitan Championship in 27:16 (10/8)... Placed 46th at the Atlantic 10 Championship in 25:53 (10/30)... Finished 54th at the IC4A Championship in 27:03.7 (11/20). Indoor: Finished second at the IC4A Championship as a part of the 4x800 relay team that set the school record with a time of 7:26.00, the second fastest time in the nation (3/6)... Named Atlantic 10 Rookie of the Week once... Posted the Rams' best time in the mile run... Placed second in the 800 meters at the Fordham Season Opener in 1:59.8 (12/3), as well as second at the Christmas Classic in the mile run in 4:24.0 (12/10)... Was third in the 3,000 meters at the Metropolitan Coaches Invitational in 8:41.38 (1/7)... Placed fourth in the 1000 meters in 2:30.80 at the NYU Gotham Cup (1/14)... Before Fordham: Graduate of Ridgefield High School, competing for the varsity cross country, indoor and outdoor track teams... Team captain for outdoor track... Named Second Team All-State in cross country and outdoor track (4x800)... Earned First Team All-FCIAC for cross country and outdoor track (800m), and Second Team for indoor track (1000m and sprint medley relay)... Named All-Area by the Danbury News Times...
