Biography

Looks to help provide leadership and experience to the Rams[apos] wide receivers in 2007...after opening the 2006 season as a starter in the defensive backfield, was moved back to wide receiver...played both positions in a few games...third leading receiver on the 2006 squad...made a successful move to the defensive backfield in 2005 after playing running back in 2004...gained precious experience as a freshman with the varsity in 2004...also proved his value at kickoff returns, returning one 97 yards for a score...named Patriot League Rookie of the Week once in 2005. 2006: Appeared in nine games as a junior, starting the first three at cornerback before switching to wide receiver...caught 12 passes, third best on the team, for 106 yards...averaged 8.8 yards/reception and 11.8 receiving yards/game...also rushed twice for 15 yards and returned five kickoffs for 128 yards (25.6 yards/return)...defensively, recorded eight tackles, six solo, and intercepted one pass...made four receptions for 26 yards and returned a kickoff for 16 yards against Colgate...grabbed three passes for 40 yards in the Duquesne game...had three receptions for 32 yards versus Bucknell...had two catches for eight yards and one rush for 12 yards in the Marist win...returned four kickoffs for 112 yards in the season opener with Monmouth...made four tackles, three solo, and picked off a pass in the Albany win. 2005: Appeared in one game as a sophomore (Rhode Island). 2004: Appeared in eight games as a freshman...returned seven kickoffs for 212 yards and one touchdown...averaged 30.3 yards/return...returned three kicks for 138 yards, including a 97-yard touchdown return, in the Brown game...named Patriot League Rookie of the Week following the Brown game...caught one pass for six yards on the year (vs. Lafayette)...also had one rush for seven yards (vs. Bucknell).
