Missed the 2013 season with an injury… appeared in nine games in his first year at Fordham after transferring from Penn State where he sat out the 2010 season as a redshirt… helped the Fordham offense rank among the leaders in the Patriot League and the NCAA FCS in 2012… will compete for a starting position on the offensive line in 2013 for the Rams… has good physical attributes and skills and made significant progress during his redshirt year.

2013: Missed season due to injury.

2012: Appeared in nine games in his first year at Fordham, playing on the offensive line… helped the Fordham offense average 435.7 yards/game, second best in the Patriot League and 20th best in the NCAA FCS while the Rams scored 31.2 ppg, second in the league and 31st in the NCAA FCS… Fordham offense also had the second ranked passing offense in the Patriot League in 2012, averaging 279.6 yards/game, 18th best in the NCAA FCS.

2011: Appeared in one game for the Nittany Lions as a redshirt freshman.

2010: Sat out the season as a redshirt at Penn State.

Before Fordham: A graduate of Lake Braddock Secondary School in Burke, Virginia, where he lettered in football for head coach Jim Poythress… a First-Team All-Met offensive tackle at Lake Braddock Secondary… a Rivals.com three-star recruit… served as a team captain… also a member of the track and field team.

Personal: Son of Apassara and Anthony Kolb… has one younger sister, Karina... a Communications major.
