Biography

Came in as a freshman and handled the placekicking duties for the Rams... named Patriot League Rookie of the Week once and Special Teams Player of the Week once in 2009... looks to get stronger and more accurate in 2010. 2009: Appeared in all eleven games as a freshman, handling the placekicking chores... booted five field goals, the longest a 35-yarder... was 29-of-35 in PATs... connected on three of four field goal attempts on a rainy day versus Old Dominion, converting kicks from 19, 23 and 35 yards to earn Patriot League Special Teams Player of the Week accolades... the three field goals were the first three of his collegiate career... connected on both field goal attempts and all three extra points in the Holy Cross game, making field goals of 27 and 30 yards, to earn Patriot League Rookie of the Week honors. Before Fordham: A graduate of Indian Hills High School in Indian Hills, New Jersey, where he lettered in football for head coach Mark Aramburu... Second Team All-League placekicker... set school record for most field goals and most touchbacks... also played soccer and lacrosse at Indian Hills... selected for the US Soccer Development Academy (2007)... selected for Super Y National Olympic Development Program Camps (2006 & 2007)... selected for New Jersey[apos]s National Olympic Development Soccer Camp (2005 & 2007)... recognized Nationally in Top 10 Goalies for Age Group... participated in numerous National, Regional and State Soccer Tournaments... earned All-League honors in lacrosse... served as a team captain... served as the vice president of the Architecture Club and treasurer of the DECA Business Club... Business Club earned a First Place finish in the Regional Business Competition... attended Morristown High School in Morristown, New Jersey, for a half year before transferring to Indian Hills.
