Gives the Rams quality depth and experience in the offensive backfield...enjoyed a strong spring season, capping it with a solid Spring Game...can also catch the ball out of the backfield...saw action in two games last fall...capped a successful 2006 spring by leading all rushers in the 2006 Spring Game with 35 yards on 21 carries...played with the junior varsity in 2005...caught a pass for five yards in the 2005 Spring Game...did not see varsity action in 2004...rushed 13 times for 73 yards in a junior varsity game against Nassau Community College.

2006: Appeared in two games as a junior (Colgate and Lehigh)...rushed six times for 67 yards and one touchdown in the Lehigh contest.

2005: Appeared in six games as a sophomore, at running back and on special teams...rushed eight times for 29 yards (3.6 yards/carry) and caught a pass for six yards...carried six times for 28 yards against Bucknell.

2004: Did not see varsity action.

Before Fordham: A graduate of Cypress Creek High School in Orlando, Florida...lettered with the football, basketball and track squads at Cypress Creek...named to the Central Florida All-Star Team for football...Senior Bowl participant...named Cypress Creek 2003-04 Athlete of the Year...named Running Back of the Year for two years...earned All-County honors and named team MVP...served as a team captain for two years...received the Coaches Award...named Most Improved in tenth grade...named to the Honor Roll from grade 10-12...ranked second in county by the Business Professional of America (BPA) Health Aid Chapter.

Personal: Son of Janet Gibson and Henry Kirlew, Sr....has five siblings...a Business Administration major with a concentration in Marketing.
