Biography

Enters 2014 season fighting for playing time in the defensive backfield… brings experience to the position… has seen limited varsity action the past three falls… also a member of the Fordham indoor track and field squad… named to the 2013 Patriot League Academic Honor Roll.

2013: Saw action in one game as a junior (Columbia)… made one solo stop.

2012: Did not see varsity action as a sophomore… competed with the indoor track and field squad.

2011: Appeared in one game as a freshman for the Rams… made one solo tackle at Lafayette.

Before Fordham: A graduate of Franklin High School in El Paso, Texas, where he lettered in football and track... played football for head coach Daren Walker... an All-District and All-City selection in football... served as a team captain... was a regional qualifier with the track squad... has top ten all-time performances in the triple jump and long jump as well as being a member of the top ten 4x100 and 4x200 relays at Franklin... member of the National Honor Society... named Academic All-State and Academic All-City... was in the top ten percent of his class at Franklin.

Personal: Son of Ann and Eric Darnell... has an older brother, Ryan, and an older sister, Erin... majoring in General Science.
