Emma Kimble, who served as the Assistant Director of Football Operations at Fordham the past four years, was named Assistant Athletic Director of Football Operations in June of 2024.

Kimble is responsible for day-to-day management of the football program, team travel, budget management, summer camps, coordinating the football alumni, supervising office staff, interns and volunteers and managing pre-season training camp.

A 2024 Fordham graduate with a degree in Communications & Media Studies, Kimble served as the Assistant Football Operation Director for the Rams since 2020. Her duties included working with Coach Colin and the Director of Football Operations to coordinate travel and logistics for all games and team events. She also was in charge of overseeing official and gameday visits while managing a student support staff of 20 to execute recruiting deliverables and she ran the team social media platforms, increasing engagement by 99% since assuming responsibility in 2021.

Since March of 2023 Kimble has also worked with AD99 Solutions as an Executive Leadership Intern. She supported founder Aaron Donald and the Executive Board with AD99’s promotion by attending community events, formulating invigorated marketing campaigns, and assisting with fundraising efforts. She prioritized community engagement by establishing a partnership between the Foundation and the Fordham University Men’s Basketball Team, exemplified through AD99 attendance at Fordham games.

Kimble also has NFL experience, working as a Corporate Partnerships Gameday Intern with the New York Jets in 2023 and a Digital Media Intern with the New York Giants in 2022.

Among her honors, Kimble was chosen as a 2024 NFL Women’s Forum Participant and was the recipient of the 2023 Patrick Kenneally Award, presented to a Fordham student who serves the Athletic Department in capacities other than athletic participation.Â

Kimble is currently working on a Master’s Degree in Public Media, Strategic Communication at Fordham.
