Andrew Force, who served as a volunteer defensive quality control coach for the Rams in 2020-2021, was elevated to an assistant coach in charge of the outside linebackers for his alma mater in 2021.

In 2020, Force served as the tight ends/full backs coach at Marian University in Indianapolis, Indiana. He collaborated with the offensive coordinator in all aspects of scouting and game planning, and managed and indexed all opponent film and practice film for offensive staff to evaluate. Force also directed the tight ends and full backs through regular season and off-season meetings and practices.

Prior to his stint at Marian, Force was the defensive backs coach and director of football operations at Bloomsburg University in 2019-2020. He assisted the defensive coordinator in all aspects of scouting and game planning while also analyzing and categorizing all opponent film and practice film for defensive staff to evaluate. Force worked with the defensive backs unit during the regular season and for off-season meetings and practices.

Force started his coaching career at Central Columbia High School in Berwick, Pennsylvania, where he served as the co-offensive coordinator and wide receivers coach in 2019.

A 2019 Fordham University graduate, Force received a bachelor’s degree in political science with a minor in sociology. He was a four-year member of the Rams’ football squad.
