2003: Started 39 of his 41 games in the outfield… Played 29 games in the left field and 12 in centerfield… Struggled at the plate a bit, hitting .238 with one home run and 10 RBI… Added eight doubles and 11 stolen bases… Had eight multi-hit games and two multi-RBI games… Went 3-for-4 with a double and an RBI against St. Francis (NY) (4/22)… Went 2-for-3 with a home run, two RBI, and two runs scored against Saint Joseph’s (4/19)…  Was 2-for-2 with two RBI and double versus La Salle (4/6)…  Also had multi-hit games against Long Island (3/16), Pace (3/25), Hofstra (3/26), and St. Bonaventure (5/9)… Named to the Atlantic 10 Commissioner’s Honor Roll in 2002-03.
 
2002: Started 49 of 50 games in the outfield… Named Freshman All-America Honorable Mention… Hit .290 on the year with two home runs and 14 RBI… Also had six doubles, 17 runs scored, and two stolen bases… Had a team-high five sacrifice hits… Finished with 12 multi-hit games, including three three-hit performances… Went 3-for-5 with three RBI and a home run in a win over Hofstra (4/17)… Went 2-for-4 with three RBI at St. Francis (3/28)… Had three hits each in games against Wofford (2/24) and Siena (4/10)… Went 2-for-4 with a home run against Richmond (3/31)… Named to the Atlantic 10 Commissioner’s Honor Roll in 2001-02.
 
Before Fordham: Three-year member of the Canisius varsity baseball team… Named to Msgr. Martin All-League Team his junior and senior in both baseball and volleyball… Was also All-League in the 100m and 200m for track… Named Athlete of the Year at Canisius his senior year… Also received the Mr. Canisius Award… Member of the National Honors Society… Nominee for the Wendy's High School Heisman Award.
