Biography

2024: Played and started in 17 matches for the Rams… helped lead Fordham to an at-large berth in the NCAA Tournament… anchored a backline that logged five clean sheets… recorded a goal and three assists on the season… ranked fourth on the team in minutes played (1,508) despite missing two games due to injury… played the full 90 minutes in 15 of his 17 appearances… had a goal and an assist in the Rams’ 4-2 win over eventual-league-champion Dayton (10/12)… logged an assist in the win over Colgate (9/1)… picked up an assist against Loyola Chicago (10/26)... named to the Atlantic 10 Commissioner's Honor Roll.

Before Fordham: Played two seasons at Loyola Maryland, starting 28 of the 34 games in which he appeared… scored one goal, a game-winner at Holy Cross, as a junior in 2022 before posting two goals and two assists as a senior in 2023… both of his 2023 goals were also game-winners against Colgate (Sept. 23) and American (Nov. 1)… led the Greyhounds to a 7-3-8 overall record in 2023, including a 6-2-1 effort in league play that was good enough for second in the final Patriot League standings... an anchor on the backline for a Loyola team that turned in a goals against average of 0.83 in 2023, good enough for 21st in the country after posting a 1.12 GAA in 2022… named to the Patriot League Academic All-Conference team in 2023… played two seasons at NAIA William Carey University in Hattiesburg, Mississippi… in two seasons at William Carey, the team allowed just six goals with Gray on the field and recorded 17 clean sheets.
 
Before College: Attended Kinross High School in Kinross, Scotland… played seven years for St. Johnstone FC in Perth, Scotland… played with the first team in a Cup game against Cove Rangers… led his team to a Scottish Cup title in 2019 and scored five goals in the 2020 tournament before the final was canceled due to COVID
 
Personal: Son of Kirsty and Duncan Gray… has two siblings, Angus and Isabel.
