Biography

2003: Made eight relief appearances on the season… Went 2-0 with an 8.49 ERA… Pitched 11.2 innings, allowing 18 hits with 10 strikeouts… Longest outing of the season came against West Virginia, going three innings, allowing three runs on five hits with two strikeouts (2/23)… Went two scoreless innings against Long Island with four strikeouts (3/16)… Picked up his first collegiate win in relief at Xavier (3/23)… Got his second win versus New York Tech, pitching 1.2 scoreless innings (4/15)… Named to Atlantic 10 Commissioner's Honor Roll for 2002-03.
 
2002: Appeared in seven games, starting one… Pitched a total of nine innings with an ERA of 24.00, striking out seven batters… Best performance came at South Alabama, where he pitched 3.1 innings in relief, allowing just one hit with four strikeouts… Named to the Atlantic 10 Commissioner’s Honor Roll in 2001-02.
 
Before Fordham: Played varsity baseball for Iona Prep for two years… Named team captain his senior year… All-League selection and All-County Honorable Mention last season… Member of Honor Society all four years.
