Opened his career with 2.1 innings of one-hit relief at Georgia Tech (2/14)... Threw a season-long 5.2 innings of relief against Stony Brook, allowing one run on four hits with five strikeouts (3/11)... Earned his first career win against Hofstra, pitching 3.2 innings of three-hit relief and tied a season-high with five strikeouts (3/17)... Before Fordham: Lettered three years for the baseball team at Abington Heights High School... 2014 All-Region Player of the Year after helping Abington Heights to their second straight AAA District Championship... Went 7-0 with a 0.28 ERA and 72 strikeouts in 50.1 innings, leading the Lackawanna League in wins, ERA, and strikeouts... Division 1 Coaches First Team All-Star... Two-time Abington Heights Pitcher of the Year, helping the team to the AAA District Championship and the State semifinals as a junior... All-Region and All-Star performer... Recorded nine wins in 12 starts in 2013, posting a 2.10 ERA and 106 strikeouts, while in 2012, he registered five wins in eight starts with a 0.56 ERA and 63 strikeouts... Played summer ball for the Moosic Mets under Coach Mike Zwanch, where he had an ERA just above two over a span of two seasons and 103 innings of work...Member of Students Against Drunk Driving (SADD) and the Future Business Leaders of America (FBLA).
