Before Fordham: A graduate of Goshen Central High School in Goshen, New York, where he played football for head coach Chip Elliott... named Most Outstanding Offensive Lineman in 2008 and 2009... served as a team captain as a senior... recipient of the 2009-10 Scholar-Athlete Award... a three-year starter... also competed with the baseball team at Goshen... member of the National Honor Society... named to the Honor Roll all four years at Goshen... recipient of the Symphonic Band Leadership Award and the Most Outstanding Achievement Award for English in 2009... a Citizenship Award winner.
