2012: Started all eleven games at running back... earned First Team All-Patriot League honors... rushed 300 times for 1,596 yards, breaking the Fordham single season school rushing mark of 1,477 yards set by Kirwin Watson in 2003... also led the Rams with 13 rushing touchdowns and was second on the team with 48 receptions for 313 yards and two scores... led the Patriot League and was fourth in the NCAA FCS in rushing yards/game (145.1) and had two 200-yard games in 2012, including a 250-yard contest at Columbia where he tied a Patriot League record with a 92-yard touchdown run... 250-yard game was third best in school history... also led the Patriot League and was sixth in the NCAA FCS in all-purpose yards/game, averaging 173.6/contest... had 48 receptions, second on the team, for 313 yards and two scores... closed out season with 232 rushing yards on 33 carries with three touchdowns against Colgate... also caught five passes for 38 yards in the Colgate game... picked up 189 yards on 31 carries with one score against Lafayette... rushed for 176 yards on 31 carries in the Cornell win... named Patriot League Offensive Player of the Week following the Cornell game... gained 175 yards on 34 carries with two sores and caught seven passes for 64 yards at Holy Cross... rushed for more than 100 yards in the opener with Lock Haven (146), at Bucknell (116) and at Lehigh (105)... also made seven catches for yards in the Bucknell game... tied his career-high with eight receptions at Cincinnati.
2011: Appeared in all eleven games as a junior for the Rams, starting eight... tied for team lead with 38 catches and four receiving touchdowns on the year... recorded 309 receiving yards on the 38 catches (8.1 yards/reception)... also rushed eleven times for 77 yards and two scores... led Rams with six total touchdowns... caught a season-high eight passes for 62 yards and rushed twice for six yards and a touchdown (six yards) in the season finale with Holy Cross... grabbed six passes for 28 yards and rushed eight times for 28 yards and one score (one yard) at Georgetown... finished with five receptions for 32 yards and one touchdown (16 yards) in the win over Columbia... registered five catches for 39 yards and one score (16 yards) at Colgate... made four catches for 33 yards and one touchdown (19 yards) at Rhode Island... had two receptions for 59 yards, including a 55-yard scoring catch, at Penn... finished with four receptions for 37 yards at Lafayette and hauled in three passes for 22 yards against Lehigh.
2010: Appeared in all eleven games as a sophomore for the Rams after transferring from Hofstra... rushed 38 times for 148 yards (3.9 yards/carry) with two touchdowns... fourth in the team in rushing... gained a season-high 63 yards on eleven carries in the win over Georgetown... rushed eight times for 29 yards and one touchdown (six yards) at Holy Cross... picked up 28 yards on five attempts in the Lafayette victory... opened season with six rushes for 23 yards and one score (ten yards) at Bryant.
2009: Did not see varsity action at Hofstra.
Before Fordham: A graduate of Rancocas Valley Regional High School in Mount Holly, New Jersey, where he lettered in football and competed with the track and field teams... 2008 All-County and County Offensive Player of Year... recipient of the 2008 Mini Maxwell Award... a 2008 Brooks Irvine Scholar winner... recorded 193 carries for 1,178 yards and 16 touchdowns, and 46 tackles and two interceptions in 2008... a three-time team MVP.
Personal: Has one brother and one sister... cousin, Steve Smith, plays with the St. Louis Rams... a Communications major.
