Before Fordham: Ran for the varsity cross country and track teams at Garden City High School in Garden City, N.Y... Team captain as a senior... Helped Garden City capture four cross country County Championships (2011-14), four indoor track & field County Championships (2011-14), and five outdoor track & field County Championships (2011-15)... Selected to the 2012 All-State team for cross country and the 2015 All-State team for indoor track... Received MileSplit US Second Team Elite honors on seven occassions... 2013 County Champion in the indoor 4x800 relay event as well as the 2014 County Champion in the outdoor 4x800 relay event... School record holder in the 2000m steeplechase (7:07.7)... 2015 Charles White Award winner for dedication and excellence in track & field... Ran club track for the Foundation Track Club, where she was the 2014 USATF Long Island Track & Field Junior Female Athlete of the Year...
