2014-15: Cross Country: Ran in five meets... Finished fourth at the LIU Post Invitational in 18:50.50 (9/13)... Placed 86th overall at the 6K Iona Meet of Champions in 24:54.99 (9/20)... Was 28th at the Metropolitan Championship in 19:46.9 (10/10)... Ended up 83rd at the Atlantic 10 Championship in 20:01.8 (11/1). Indoor: Scored eighth in the 3,000 meter run at the Metropolitan Championship in 10:38.36 (2/6)... Ran 5:35.33 in the mile run at the Yale Classic (1/10). Outdoor: Was 16th overall at the Fred Hardy Invitational in 10:58.00 (3/28).

Before Fordham: Varsity cross country and track runner at Conard High School in West Hartford, Connecticut... Also played varsity lacrosse and basketball... Cross country team captain... All-State selection for cross country in 2012... All-Conference pick for cross country from 2010-14 and for outdoor track in 2014... Member of the National Honor Society.
