Before Fordham: A graduate of Garden City High School in Garden City, N.Y., where he played football for head coach Tom Flatley... earned All-Conference accolades on the line in 2011... a two-way varsity starter in 2011... led Garden City to consecutive county championships.

Personal: Son of Eugenia and John Zawisha... has an older brother (Alex) and a younger sister (Victoria)... a Communication major.
