Orlando, Fla. – The seventh-seeded Fordham men's tennis team gave second-seeded Saint Joseph's everything they handle before falling to the Hawks, 4-1, in a quarterfinal match on Thursday at the 2026 Atlantic 10 Championship at the USTA National Campus.
 
The match opened with the Hawks taking the doubles point, winning two of the three doubles matches. After Saint Jospeh's won at first doubles, Filip Horak and Nicolas Garnier took second doubles for the Rams from Othman Bezzaz and Ernesto Ruy, 6-3. The doubles point came down to third doubles where Mateusz Gradzki and Will Lokier were edged by J. Gaudreau Barnes and Davi Carlos, 6-4.
 
Lokier evened the match at one when he took first singles from Santiago Valle, 6-0, 6-0, but Saint Joseph's took fourth, fifth, and sixth singles for the win.
