BRONX – The Fordham University Rams close out the 2025-2026 Atlantic 10 regular season, Fordham's 123rd season of basketball, on Saturday, March 7, as they host the University of Rhode Island Rams in the historic Rose Hill Gym at 2:00 p.m.
Prior to the game the Rams will honor four managers and five student-athletes who will be making their final regular season appearance in the Rose Hill Gym.
The game will be broadcast on ESPN+ with Andrew Bogusch (PxP) and Andrew Posadas (analyst) announcing as well as broadcast on WFUV (90.7 FM) and the
WFUV Sports YouTube page with Joe Henry (PxP) and Nathan Rogers (analyst) behind the mics.
Fordham enters the game with a 16-14 record, 7-10 in the Atlantic 10, after an 87-84 A-10 loss at La Salle on Wednesday night while Rhode Island is also 16-14 on the season, 7-10 in the conference, following an 64-52 A-10 win at home over Duquesne on Wednesday night.
Saturday afternoon's game will be the 79th meeting between Fordham and Rhode Island on the hardwood. Rhode Island leads the all-time series, which started in the 1941-42 season, 43-35. Fordham won this year's first meeting, 70-66 in overtime, in Kingston on February 14 as
Dejour Reaves netted 19 points and
Rikus Schulte added 17 and nine rebounds.

• Grad student guard
Dejour Reaves has scored in double figures in all 29 games he has appeared in, including a career-best 31 points in the win at St. Bonaventure on Jan. 10.
• Reaves, who has scored 20-points in three of the last four games, is averaging 20.8 ppg over the last five, 18.80 ppg over the last 17, and an Atlantic 10-best 17.7 ppg on the season (18.8 ppg in A-10 play).
• Junior forward
Rikus Schulte leads the team with eight double-doubles, recoding his most recent double-double wit ha 20-point, 11-renbound effort at La Salle on Mar. 4.
• Schulte is shooting .573 (139-239) on the season and is averaging 12.3 ppg over the past six.
• Senior guard
Christian Henry, who has scored in double figures in five of the past seven games.
• Henry is also averaging 5.3 apg on the year, tops in the A-10, including a career-high ten helpers at La Salle on Mar. 3.
• Redshirt freshman forward
Abass Bodija is averaging 9.3 ppg and 6.0 rpg over the last seven contests.
• Bodija scored a season-high 19 points and La Salle on Mar. 4.
• Bodija recorded his second double-double with a 12-point, 10-rebound game at Saint Joseph's on Feb. 10..
• Junior forward
Akira Jacobs recorded his first career double-double with 13 points and a career-high 13 rebounds at VCU.
• Jacobs is averaging 7.5 ppg and 7.0 rpg over the past four games.
• The 2025-26 Fordham squad features nine new players including eight transfers.
• Of the eight transfers, three are grad transfers.
• The Rams are represented by three captains this year: grad guards
Marcus Greene and
Dejour Reaves, and junior forward
