Stockton, Calif. – (March 24, 2026) – The Fordham water polo team has been invited to participate in 2026 edition of The Pacific Cup, which will be held this spring, April 10-12, at the Eberhardt Aquatics Center on the campus of the University of the Pacific.
The tournament features seven of the top collegiate water polo teams in the country with UCLA, USC, Stanford, Fordham, UC Davis, San Jose State, and Pacific along with Team USA's Youth National Team (U18) to round out the eight-team field.
Each team will play twice on April 11
th with the quarterfinal match-ups being Stanford against USC, UCLA versus UC Davis, Fordham against Team USA, and Pacific versus San Jose State.
Winners of quarterfinals face off later on April 11
th, while the losers will play out a consolation bracket with all play concluding on April 12
th.

Fordham, which ranked fifth in the final national polls and fifth in the country in team GPA, is the lone water polo team to rank in the top five nationally in both athletic accomplishment and academic success.
