Washington, D.C. – (January 20, 2026) – The Atlantic 10 Conference released its weekly swimming & diving awards on Tuesday with Fordham's
Katie Laverty (Rye, N.Y.) earning Women's Swimming & Diving Performer of the Week honors. This is her first weekly accolade of the season.
In the Rams' first meet of the semester, Laverty helped the Rams to a 175-68 win at Rider last Tuesday. She won both diving events with scores of 296.10 on the one-meter board and 283.58 on the three-meter board.
This season, Laverty has already set the school records in both diving events, ranking first in the Atlantic 10 in the one-meter dive (318.05) and second on the three-meter board (317.63)
Laverty and the rest of the Rams are back in the pool on Saturday, January 24
th, for a road meet at La Salle, beginning at noon.
