BRONX, N.Y. – Announcing the early portion of the 2025-26 schedule for Fordham University Women's Basketball, Head Coach Bridgette Mitchell unveiled Wednesday an 11-game non-conference slate for the Maroon and White, who will play nine of those games in the opening month of the campaign, and eight at the Rose Hill Gym.
The Rams will open the season against Adelphi on opening night for College Basketball, Monday, Nov. 3, the first of four-straight home games to open the campaign. Fordham will host NJIT that Thursday, Nov. 7 ahead of a pair of games the following week against Saint Peter's Nov. 10, and Stony Brook on Nov. 12.
The second week of the season wraps up that Sunday, Nov. 16 with the first road trip of the campaign as the Maroon and White head Upstate for a meeting with Buffalo, last season's WBIT Champions, who finished the 2024-25 season with a 30-7 record overall.
Another road game on Thursday, Nov. 20 sends the Rams across the Hudson to Seton Hall, a team that advanced to the second round of both the BIG EAST and WNIT tournaments last season, before returning home for the Battle of the Bronx against Manhattan on Sunday, Nov. 23.
Heading Upstate once again on Wednesday, Nov. 26, Fordham will take on Niagara ahead of the final game in the month of November on Sunday, Nov. 30 at home against LIU. With two more non-conference games slated in December, the Rams will travel to Hofstra on Sunday, Dec. 6, and host one more game just before the holiday break on Sunday, Dec. 21 against Saint Francis.
