Bronx, N.Y.  – Hosting one final game before Christmas Break, Fordham University women's basketball takes on Saint Francis Sunday afternoon at 1:00 p.m. from the Rose Hill Gym.

Originally set for a 2:00 p.m. tip, the game will start now at 1:00 p.m. on YES Network and ESPN+ with Andrew Bogusch and Andrew Posadas on the call.

Sunday will be the first ever meeting between Saint Francis and Fordham on the hardwood. The meeting with the Red Flash is the non-conference finale for the Maroon and White, who are 7-3 in non-conference action this season, and have one Atlantic 10 game checked off the docket as well, while Saint Francis seeks its first win of the campaign after starting 0-10.

As a team, the Rams are ninth among all Division I teams in the nation averaging 17.3 offensive rebounds per game, and rank 46th nationally in overall rebounds at 41.82, both second best in the A-10. They also sit 62nd in the country in steals per game at 10.7/game, second best in the league as well, and 62nd in the country in turnovers forced per game, forcing opponents into 20.64/game.

Holding opponents to just 35.5% shooting on the year, the Rams also post the best field goal percentage defense in the A-10.

Scoring in double figures in each of her first 11 games as a Ram, Alexis Black paces the Rams offense and sits third in the nation in free throws made with 74 on the year, and is 24th amongst all Division I players with 221 points scored, averaging 20.1 points per game, 20th best in the nation.

After another break from action, Fordham will return to the court on New Year's Eve, Dec. 31 opening the remainder of conference play against La Salle at 1:00 p.m. from the Rose Hill Gym.
