BRONX, N.Y. –  The Fordham University Rams continue the 2023-2024 season, Fordham's 121st varsity season, and continue Atlantic 10 play by hosting the VCU Rams in the historic Rose Hill Gym on Tuesday, February 6, at 7:00 p.m.
 
Join the Ramses Challenge, a philanthropic initiative supporting our student-athletes. Pledge a set amount for each rebound, offensive rebound, steal, or assist. All proceeds are tax-deductible and go directly to the men's basketball program. There is also an option to make a one-time gift to men's basketball.
 
The game will be broadcast on the SNY and streamed on ESPN+ with Andrew Bogusch (PxP), Edona Thaqi (analyst), and Maria Trivelpiece (sidelines) announcing as well as broadcast on WFUV (90.7 FM) and the WFUV Sports YouTube page with Miles Grossman (PxP) and Colin Loughran (analyst) behind the mics.
 
Fordham enters the game with a 10-12 overall record, 4-5 in the Atlantic 10, and is coming off a 67-65 Atlantic 10 win at Saint Louis on Saturday afternoon while VCU enters the game with a 14-8 overall record, 6-3 in the conference, after a 63-52 A-10 win over Richmond at home on Saturday afternoon.
 
Tuesday night's contest will be the 14th meeting between Fordham and VCU on the hardwood. VCU leads the all-time series, 12-1, and has won the past six meetings.

• Senior guard Kyle Rose is Fordham's all-time games played leader with 130 games played.
 
• Rose has appeared in 124 straight games dating back to his freshman season in 2019-2020.
 
• Senior guard Japhet Medor leads the Rams in scoring (11.3) and is second in assists (2.8/game) while sophomore forward Elijah Gray is second in scoring, averaging 10.6 ppg.
 
• Over the past eleven games, sophomore guard Will Richardson is averaging 11.5 ppg and 2.9 apg (32 assists/12 turnovers) while senior guard Kyle Rose is averaging 12.6 ppg and 6.2 rpg.
 
• Over the past nine games, sophomore forward Elijah Gray is averaging 14.0 ppg and 5.6 rpg.
 
• Over the past six games, senior guard Antrell Charlton has 24 assists and only six turnovers.
 
Kyle Rose has 192 career steals, seventh all-time at Fordham.
 
• Rose has 43 steals this year (2.0/game), second in the Atlantic 10, while senior guard Antrell Charlton has 35 (1.6/game), tied for sixth most in the A-10 this season.
 
• Senior forward Abdou Tsimbila has 52 blocks in 20 games (2.5/game), second in the Atlantic 10 and eighth in the NCAA.
 
• Tsimbila has 146 career blocks, tied for sixth all-time at Fordham.
 
• Tsimbila also leads the Rams in rebounding, averaging 6.5/game, 12th in the Atlantic 10.
 
• After averaging 2.7 ppg and 2.0 rpg last year, sophomore forward Elijah Gray is averaging 10.6 ppg and 4.6 rpg this year, including his first collegiate double-double with 12 points and eleven rebounds versus Davidson.
 
• The Rams did not lose any student-athletes to the transfer portal from 2022-23.
 
• The Rams continue the 2024 Atlantic 10 season by hosting the St. Bonaventure University Bonnies in the historic Rose Hill Gym on Wednesday, February 14, at 7:00 p.m.
