BRONX, N.Y. –  The Fordham University Rams continue the 2023-2024 season, Fordham's 121st varsity season, and continue Atlantic 10 play by hosting the University of Richmond Spiders in the historic Rose Hill Gym on Wednesday, January 31, at 7:00 p.m.

The game will be broadcast on SNY (delayed – Thursday at 2:00 p.m.) and streamed live on ESPN+ with Mike Watts (PxP), Andrew Bogusch (analyst), and Edona Thaqi (sidelines) announcing as well as broadcast on WFUV (90.7 FM) and the WFUV Sports YouTube page with Miles Grossman (PxP) and Colin Loughran (analyst) behind the mics.

Fordham enters the game with a 9-11 overall record, 3-4 in the Atlantic 10, and is coming off a 68-59 Atlantic 10 loss at Duquesne University on Saturday afternoon while Richmond enters the game with a 15-5 overall record, 7-0 in the conference, after a 69-64 A-10 win over #17 the University of Dayton in Richmond on Saturday.
 
Wednesday night's contest will be the 33rd meeting between Fordham and Richmond on the hardwood. The Spiders lead the all-time series, which started in 1985, 24-8, and have won the past five match-ups, including a 68-58, win last year on February 5 in Richmond as all five Spider starters scored in double figures by Fordham's Darius Quisenberry led all scorers with 22 points.

• Senior guard Kyle Rose is Fordham's all-time games played leader with 128 games played.
 
• Rose has appeared in 122 straight games dating back to his freshman season in 2019-2020.
 
• Senior guard Japhet Medor leads the Rams in scoring (12.1) and is second in assists (2.8/game) while sophomore guard Will Richardson and sophomore forward Elijah Gray are second in scoring, averaging 10.4 ppg each.
 
• Over the past nine games, sophomore guard Will Richardson is averaging 12.0 ppg and 3.0 apg (27 assists/9 turnovers) while senior guard Kyle Rose is averaging 11.4 ppg and 6.4 rpg.
 
• Over the past seven games, sophomore forward Elijah Gray is averaging 14.3 ppg and 5.7 rpg.
 
• Over the four games, senior guard Antrell Charlton has 18 assists and only four turnovers, while over the past eight games he is averaging 5.1 rpg.
 
• Rose has 189 career steals, seventh all-time at Fordham.
 
• Rose has 40 steals this year (2.0/game), second in the Atlantic 10, while senior guard Antrell Charlton has 32 (1.6/game), tied for sixth most in the A-10 this season.
 
• Senior forward Abdou Tsimbila has 46 blocks in 19 games (2.4/game), second in the Atlantic 10.
 
• Tsimbila has 140 career blocks, seventh all-time at Fordham.
 
• Tsimbila also leads the Rams in rebounding, averaging 7.0/game, seventh in the Atlantic 10.
 
• After averaging 2.7 ppg and 2.0 rpg last year, sophomore forward Elijah Gray is averaging 10.4 ppg and 4.6 rpg this year, including his first collegiate double-double with 12 points and eleven rebounds versus Davidson.
 
• The Rams did not lose any student-athletes to the transfer portal from 2022-23.
