BRONX, N.Y. – Supporters of the Fordham men's basketball program can get their first look at the 2023-24 squad on Friday, Oct. 13, when Head Coach
Keith Urgo and the Rams host an open practice at 6 p.m. inside the historic Rose Hill Gym.
The practice is open to any and all Fordham fans who wish to attend.
Complimentary food and beverages will be provided by Mike's Deli of Arthur Ave.
New season ticket holders will be able to pick their seat for the 2023-24 campaign while longtime season ticket holders will have the chance to upgrade their packages or change their seat locations. Season ticket holders will also be able to pick up their annual gift at the event.
An RSVP is not required to attend the open practice, but is strongly encouraged.
Fordham Men's Basketball is coming off its finest season in more than three decades, as the 2022-23 Rams went 25-8 and tied for second in the final Atlantic 10 regular season standings. Led by 2023 Atlantic 10 Coach of the Year
Keith Urgo, the Rams are set to welcome back eight of their 11 players who averaged five or more minutes per game last season led by the loaded backcourt trio of
Kyle Rose,
Antrell Charlton and
Will Richardson.
Additionally, Fordham has added three proven Division I transfers in
Joshua Rivera,
Japhet Medor and
Ogheneyole Akuwovo. The Rams also welcomed a local three-star recruit in Our Saviour Lutheran's
Jahmere Tripp.
