Bronx, N.Y. –  The Fordham University Rams continue the 2022-2023 season, Fordham's 120th varsity season, by hosting the University of Illinois-Chicago in the historic Rose Hill Gym on Saturday, November 19, at 5:00 p.m.
 
The game will be televised live on SNY and streamed on ESPN+ with Mike Watts (PxP) and Grant DelVecchio (analyst) announcing as well as broadcast on WFUV (90.7 FM) and www.wfuvsports.org with Thomas Aiello (PxP) and Mike Calamari(analyst) behind the mics.
 
The game will be the first contest of the 2022 Tom Konchalski Classic, an MTE that also includes Holy Cross and Stonehill.
 
Fordham enters the game with a 2-1 record and is coming off a 79-61 win over New Hampshire in the Rose Hill Gym on Tuesday while UIC is also 2-1 on the year following an 67-60 win over Jacksonville State in Chicago on Monday.
 
Saturday night's contest will be the first meeting between Fordham and UIC on the hardwood.

• Fordham head coach Keith Urgo became the second consecutive Fordham head men's basketball coach to win in his Ram debut.
 
• Grad student guard Darius Quisenberry is leading the Rams in scoring at 15.7 ppg while grad student forward Khalid Moore is averaging 13.7 ppg.
 
• Junior Abdou Tsimbila is leading Fordham in rebounding, averaging 6.0 rpg, while senior Rostyslav Novitskyi is averaging 4.7 rpg.
 
• Among the nine new faces is one Division I grad transfer and seven true freshmen.
