Bronx, N.Y. –  The Fordham University Rams continue the 2021-2022 season, Fordham's 119th varsity season, by traveling across the East River in to Queens to face the St. John's University Red Storm in Carnesecca Arena on Sunday, December 5, at 7:00 p.m.
 
The game will be broadcast live on SNY and streamed on FS1 with John Fanta (PxP) and Kim Adams (analyst) announcing as well as broadcast live on WFUV (90.7 FM) and streamed on www.wfuvsports.org with Nick DeLuca (PxP) and Ryan Gregware (analyst) behind the mics.
 
Fordham enters the game with a 6-3 record after a 68-46 win over St. Francis College in the Rose Hill Gym on Wednesday night while St. John's is 5-2 on the season after a loss to Kansas in the UBS Arena on Friday night.
 
Sunday night's contest will be the 89th meeting between Fordham and St. John's on the hardwood. The Red Storm lead the all-time series, 66-22, and took the most recent meeting, 90-72, in Carnesecca Arena on December 8, 2016.
 
Notes
 
• After missing most of the 2020-2021 season, graduate student forward Chuba Ohams has wasted little time displaying that he was back, recording a double-double in six of the first nine games.
 
Ohams leads the Atlantic 10 and is third in the NCAA in rebounding (12.6 rpg).
 
• Ohams scored 20 and grabbed 22 rebounds, both career-highs, in the St. Francis win.
 
• It was Fordham's first 20/20 games since Duke Freeman-McKamey scored 28 points and grabbed 20 rebounds against George Washington on February 26, 2000.
 
• Junior guard Antonio Daye, Jr. is second in the Atlantic 10 in scoring, averaging 18.7 ppg. He has scored in double figures in all nine games this year.

• Graduate student guard Darius Quisenberry is right behind him, ranking eighth in the Atlantic 10 in scoring, averaging 17.1 ppg.
  
• The Fordham offense is firing on all cylinders, scoring more than 80 points in three of the past four games.
 
• The last 80-point game for the Rams prior to this year was against UMass on February 6, 2019 (55 games).
