Emmitsburg, Md. – (November 5, 2021) – The runaway train known as the 15
th-ranked Fordham water polo team keeps trucking on, as the Rams ran their win streak to seven matches on Friday night with a 17-9 win at Mt. St. Mary's in Emmitsburg, Maryland.
With the win, Fordham improved to 21-4 on the year, 9-0 in the MAWPC.
The Rams' offense got rolling early with a six-goal first quarter, as Jacopo Parella scored two of those markers, while
Lucas Nieto Jasny,
Sebastian Zapatero,
George Papanikolaou, and
Jason Hiremath had the remaining four.
Fordham then rallied for five more goals in the second quarter to lead by an 11-5 score by halftime with Papanikolaou having two of those tallies.

The Rams never looked back, building the lead to as many as ten goals, eventually winning by a 17-9 margin.
For Fordham, Parrella led the way with four goals, four assists, and two steals, while Papanikolaou posted four goals, three assists, and four steals. Nieto Jasny had two goal and an assist, with the remaining goals coming from
