Dayton, Ohio – The Fordham University Rams continue the 2019-2020 season, Fordham's 117th varsity season, and continues the 2020 Atlantic 10 season, by traveling to Dayton, Ohio, to face the seventh-ranked University of Dayton Flyers in the UD Arena on Saturday, February 1, at 4:30 p.m.
The game will be televised live on the NBS Sports Network with Paul Bermeister (p-b-p) and Blaine Fowler (color) handling the announcing chores and broadcast live on WFUV (90.7 FM) and streamed on
www.wfuvsports.org, with Emmanuel Berbari (p-b-p) and Andrew Posadas (color) announcing.
Fordham enters the game with a 7-13 record, 1-7 in the Atlantic 10, and is coming off a 62-55 overtime A-10 loss to St. Bonaventure in the Rose Hill Gym on Wednesday night while Dayton is 19-2 overall on the year, 8-0 in the conference, and is coming off an 73- 69 league win at Duquesne on Wednesday night.
Saturday afternoon's contest will be the 37th meeting between Fordham and Dayton on the hardwood. The Flyers lead the all-time series, which started in 1952-53, 31-5, and have won the past 15 match-ups, including a 75-52 win on the Rose Hill Gym on January 23 last year where Josh Cunningham scored 15 points and grabbed eleven rebounds for the Flyers while
Chuba Ohams had ten points and eight boards for the Rams.
