Bronx, N.Y. – The Fordham University Rams continue the 2020 Atlantic 10 season, Fordham's 117th varsity season, by traveling to Pittsburgh, Pa., to face the Duquesne University Dukes in the PP&G Paints Arena on Wednesday, January 15, at 7:00 p.m.
 
The game will be streamed live on ESPN+ with Tim Benz (p-b-p) and Ellis Cannon (color) announcing and broadcast live on WFUV (90.7 FM) and streamed on www.wfuvsports.org, with Dominic Capone (p-b-p) and Isis Young (color) announcing.
 
Fordham enters the game with a 6-9 record, 0-3 in the Atlantic 10, and is coming off a 64-44 A-10 loss at St. Bonaventure last Saturday afternoon while Duquesne is 14-2 overall on the year, 4-0 in the conference, and is coming off a 66-61 league win at George Washington on Saturday.
 
Wednesday night's contest will be the 41st meeting between Fordham and Duquesne on the hardwood. The Dukes lead the all-time series, which started in the 1949-50 season, 24-16. Duquesne took both of last year's meeting, 66-61, in Pittsburgh on January 9 as Eric Williams, Jr., recorded a double-double for the Dukes with 16 points and 13 rebounds while Jalen Cobb led the Rams with 16 points, and 74-66, in the Rose Hill Gym on February 9, as Marcus Weathers netted 16 points and grabbed 12 boards for the Dukes.
 
Notes
• The Fordham Rams have come out strong on the defensive end in 2019-2020.
 
• The Rams are holding their opponents to an average of 60.7 ppg, tops in the Atlantic 10, while Fordham foes have shot .407 (319-784) from the field, fifth among A-10 teams.
 
• Fordham is 25th in the NCAA in scoring defense.
 
• Junior forward Chuba Ohams had season-ending knee surgery on January 5 after suffering an injury during pregame warmups.
 
• Ohams leads the team in rebounding (8.2) and scoring (11.0).
