Newport News, Va. - The Atlantic 10 Conference released its 2018 preseason cross country polls Wednesday afternoon, with the Fordham women's team predicted to finish seventh, while the men were picked tenth.
The Fordham women finished tied for sixth at the 2017 A-10 Championship, while the men placed seventh. At that meet,
Thomas Slattery and
Ryan Kutch led the Rams and earned All-Conference honors after finishing second and ninth, respectively.
Dayton was picked first in both coaches polls.
The Rams will open the 2018 season on Saturday at the Stony Brook Invitational in Stony Brook, N.Y. at 10 a.m.
