The Rams return three of four starters from last year, including a pair of All-Patriot League selections.

Here's a complete look at the defensive backs in camp for the 2018 Rams:

Dylan Mabin (Sr., 6-1, 190)
• A 2018 co-captain.
• Named to the 2018 Patriot League preseason team.
• Named 2017 First Team All-Patriot League.
• Started all eleven games at corner back in 2017.
• Seventh on team with 44 total tackles, 35 solo, including 3.0 for loss.
• Had a team-high 19 pass breakups and one forced fumble.
• Third in the NCAA FCS and second in the Patriot League in passes defended (1.6/game).
• Recorded a season-high six tackles, three solo, and broke up four passes at Central Connecticut.

Antonio Jackson (Sr., 6-2, 196)
• Earned Second Team All-Patriot League honors.
• Started all eleven games at strong safety.
• Recorded 63 total tackles, 46 solo, including two for loss.
• Led team with four interceptions and also had four pass breakups, two forced fumbles and one fumble recovery.
• Third on the team in total tackles and solo tackles.
• Second in the Patriot League in interceptions/game (0.36).

Bryce Petty (Sr., 6-1, 190)
• Appeared in ten games as a junior, starting three at cornerback.
• Recorded 18 total tackles, 15 solo, along with three pass breakups.
• Made five tackles, three solo, and broke up a pass at Bryant.

James Biggs-Frazier (Sr., 5-9, 185)
• Appeared in all eleven games in the defensive backfield and on special teams as a junior.
• Recorded 20 total tackles, eleven solo, including 2.5 for loss and 0.5 sacks.
• Also had two pass breakups.
• Returned two kickoffs for 18 yards.

Jesse Bramble (Jr., 6-0, 190)
• Appeared in ten games in the defensive backfield and on special teams as a sophomore, starting eight.
• Recorded 24 total tackles, 21 solo.
• Also had five pass breakups and recovered two fumbles.

Marcus Alleyne (So., 5-10, 185)
• Appeared in one game as a freshman.
• A graduate of Taft School in Watertown, Connecticut, where he lettered in football for head coach Tyler Whitley.
• Averaged 9.7 yards/carry and 16.3 yards/reception.
• Led team in tackles.

Dervin Hylton, Jr. (So., 5-11, 170)
• Appeared in one game as a freshman.
• A graduate of Worcester Academy, in Worcester, Mass., where he played football for head coach Tony Johnson.
• An All-League selection at wide receiver.
• Named Team MVP and served as a team captain.

Jack Mueller (So., 6-0, 170)
• Appeared in one game as a freshman.
 • A graduate of Eureka High School in Eureka, Missouri, where he lettered in football for head coach Jacob Sumner.
• Earned First Team Academic All-State honors.

Ben Schutsky (So., 6-2, 185)
• Appeared in one game.
• A graduate of Hopewell Valley Central High School in Kennington, N.J., where he played football for head coach Dave Caldwell.
• Also competed with the wrestling and track and field team at Hopewell Valley Central.

Cooper Weiss (So., 6-3, 200)
• Appeared in three games, both in the defensive backfield and on special teams.
• A graduate of Community School of Naples in Naples, Florida where he lettered in football for head coach Paul Selvidio.
• 2016 First Team All-State.

Cameron Blair (Fr., 6-1, 185)
• Played football for head coach Rich Hansen at Saint Peter's Prep in Jersey City, N.J.
• 2017 All-County selection.
• 2017 All-Division pick.
• Helped Saint Peter's Prep to the 2017 State Finals.

Natani Drati (Fr., 6-2, 193)
• Played for head coach JT Stone at Santa Barbara High School in Santa Barbara, California.
• Named to the 2017 Noozhawk All-South Coast Football Team.
• Notched 53 tackles and intercepted three passes in 2017.
• Recorded 56 receptions for 956 yards and ten touchdowns in 2017.

Anthony Tony-Itoyah (Fr., 6-1, 183)
• Played for head coach Billy Miller at Denton High School in Denton, Texas.
• A 2017 First Team All-Area selection.
• Named 2017 District 5-5A Defensive MVP.
• A three-year starter and team captain.
