Newport News, Va. (June 13, 2018) - The Fordham University men's team learned its 2018-2019 Atlantic 10 pairings from the league office today, including the home-and-home parings for the Rams.

For the fifth straight year, the Fordham men's Atlantic 10 schedule will consist of 18 games, nine home and nine away, with the Rams facing five opponents in a home-and-home series. Fourth-year head coach
Jeff Neubauer's squad will face defending Atlantic 10 champions Davidson, along with Duquesne, George Washington, La Salle, and St. Bonaventure twice during the 2018-2019 season.

In addition to the home games with Davidson, Duquesne, George Washington, La Salle, and St. Bonaventure, the Rams will host Dayton, Saint Joseph's, Saint Louis and VCU in the historic Rose Hill Gym.

Besides the return trips to Davidson, Duquesne, George Washington, La Salle, and St. Bonaventure, Fordham will play Atlantic 10 Conference road contests at George Mason, Massachusetts, Rhode Island and Richmond in 2018-2019.

The A-10 is coming off a season in which Davidson, Rhode Island and St. Bonaventure all earned NCAA Tournament bids. It was the 11th year in a row and 33rd time overall that the A-10 earned at least three bids into the big dance and the 13th straight year the Atlantic 10 had a team advance to the Round of 32. Rhode Island advanced to the NCAA Second Round while St. Bonaventure earned a win in the First Four. Davidson claimed its first A-10 Championship.

The complete 2018-19 conference schedule with dates and times, as well as national television information, will be released at a later date. There will be 126 conference games this upcoming season which will allow teams to face each league opponent once and five teams twice. The 2019 Atlantic 10 Men's Basketball Championship will be played March 13-17 and will return to Barclays Center in Brooklyn, N.Y.
