Men’s Basketball Knocks off FIU, 83-77

Nick Honor nets game-high 28 points

Box Score Bronx, N.Y. – Fordham freshman guard Nick Honor had a number of family members in the stands tonight and they left the building in a great mood as Honor scored a game-high 28 points to lead the Rams to an 83-77 win over FIU in the first game of the 2018 Johnny Bach Classic in the historic Rose Hill Gym.

Junior guard Antwon Portley made one of two free throws 20 seconds later to start a 7-0 Fordham run as the Rams took a 71-69 lead on a pair of Bunting free throws with two minutes left.
