Fordham enters the game with a 12-10 overall record, 3-8 in the Atlantic 10, and is coming off a 76-72 overtime A-10 loss to St. Bonaventure in the Rose Hill Gym on Wednesday night. Richmond enters with a 13-10 overall record, 5-6 in the conference, after a 67-53 league win at Saint Louis on Wednesday.

Saturday night's contest will be the 23rd meeting between Fordham and Richmond on the hardwood. Richmond leads the all-time series, which started in the 1984-85 season, 15-7. The Spiders have won the last ten meetings, including a 93-82 win earlier this year on January 10 in the Rose Hill Gym as ShawnDre' Jones netted a game-high 35 points and Marshall Wood added 29, hitting seven threes. Prior to the current Richmond ten-game winning streak, the Rams had won five straight meetings, including two wins over the Spiders in 2006-07, 58-55 in the Robins Center on January 6th, and 63-61, in the first round of the Atlantic 10 Championship in Atlantic City.

• Fordham senior forward Ryan Rhoomes is ranked third in the NCAA in field goal percentage, hitting 67.2 percent of his shots (129-192). The school record for single season field goal percentage is .616 by Damon Lopes in 1990-1991.
