The Fordham men's soccer team opens its home schedule on Friday night as the Rams host the Lafayette Leopards on Jack Coffey Field.

Fordham was handed a pair of losses in its first weekend of action, falling to Boston University, 1-0 in overtime, and to Boston College, 2-0, and hope to rebound against the Leopards.  Lafayette is 1-1 after defating Saint Peter's, 1-0, while falling to Rutgers, 2-1.

Since 1990, when Fordham and Lafayette were in the Patriot League, Fordham is just 1-5-0 against the Leopards.  The last meeting came at the Lafayette College Classic in 2009, when the Leopards earned a 2-0 win.  The Rams' lone win against Lafayette was a 2-1 decision on October 3, 1992.
