George Mason, the 12 seed, enters the game with a 11-19 overall record, 4-11 in the Atlantic 10, after an 81-69 conference loss to Duquesne in Fairfax in the final game of the regular season on Saturday.
The Rams will be led into the game by the top scoring backcourt in the Atlantic 10, senior guard

Frazier has 1,598 career points, ninth on the Fordham all-time, and he has 487 career assists, second all-time at Fordham, while Severe has accumulated 509 points so far in his rookie campaign, setting a new school freshman scoring mark.
Wednesday night's contest will be the third meeting between Fordham and George Mason on the hardwood. The Rams took the first two meetings, including a 76-70 win earlier this year on January 22 in the Rose Hill Gym as
Branden Frazier netted 22 points for the Rams and
Jon Severe added 21. Fordham won the first matchup, 64-55, on December 30, 2000 in the consolation game of the Cable Car Classic at Santa Clara.
